We are a small team of accredited behavioural psychologists and scientists focussing on how people interact with systems and processes. Our work focusses on the factors that influence behaviour change, offering a mix of behavioural insight and creative application to deliver effective, optimised campaigns that motivate people in intended ways. Drawing on existing scientific literature and models we work within a defined behavioural framework offering intervention and recommendations inline with agreed organisation goals.
Some of our changes are small, cost-effective tweaks to current messaging and communications, others will be large-scale redesigns of existing systems and processes. We have recently conducted our own research around the factors which influence how people donate to charitable causes. As members of the British Psychological Society all our work is within strict accordance with the BPS code of ethics. We are currently tailoring these findings to maximise the donation channels of a number of charitable organisations.
Our team of accredited psychologists use proven models and a behavioural framework to provide a psychological underpinning to all our interventions and recommendations
First we test our recommendations within a small sample group. Where necessary, we refine and retest.
Once our interventions have proved significant with small groups we roll-out to larger sample groups.
As the third sector comes under increasing scrutiny for using aggressive third-party data mining, charitable organisations are looking to new ways to secure donations. Change Inc. has conducted independent research asking a simple question: Could potential charity donors be ‘nudged’ into increasing their charitable giving?
